AUTHORISATIONS:

• Allocation of the quota of detachments in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, enabling economic companies from the Federation of BiH to work in the Federal Republic of Germany, in accordance with the PUBLIC CALL/TENDER for the allocation of detachments for carrying out works in the Federal Republic of Germany in the detachments year 2023/2024

1.1 in accordance with the approved quota, certify contracts for economic companies and issue consent for them

1.2 monitor and follow the implementation of approved quotas

1.3 convene Commission working meetings

1.4 continuously work on removing problems related to booking appointments at the German Embassy in Sarajevo when issuing entry visas for detached workers

1.5 assist in obtaining BH1 and BH6 forms

1.6 assist in opening branch accounts

1.7 undertake activities to improve the utilization of the total detachments quota

1.8 continuous communication with the competent institutions of BiH

1.9 visit companies that use detachments and enroll them in the Chamber

• Activities related to the detachments year 2024/2025

Based on decisions of the competent authorities of BiH, the Center, within its competences, performs professional, administrative and technical tasks in preparing the public notice, and implements the distribution/reallocation procedure prescribed by the competent institutions for the detachments year 2024/2025

• Activities related to acquiring new original or transferred authorizations
