The project “GREEN EMPLOYMENT” is implemented by the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers Žepče in partnership with: the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH, the Development Agency Zavidovići, the Municipality of Zavidovići, the Employment Service of ZDK – Employment Bureau Zavidovići, P.U. Center for Adult Education, the Association of Agricultural Producers “Agro-Dolina” Zavidovići, the General Agricultural Cooperative “Agrofarm” Žepče and “Frutti-Funghi” d.o.o. Zavidovići.

By establishing this Local Employment Partnership, existing resources for development, improvement and the process of employment/self-employment in the agribusiness sector will be identified, and a document titled Situational Analysis and Employment Opportunities through the establishment of sustainable family farms will be prepared. A Local Action Plan for Employment in the agribusiness sector will also be developed, production-purchase cooperative relations established, and an informal cluster of medicinal and aromatic plants founded as a kind of successor to the AgroMAP network in BiH. Infrastructure support will also be improved through the establishment of a production/food unit in the Zavidovići Business Incubator with installed fixed and mobile equipment – a machinery ring – consisting of: mobile distillers; dryers – fixed and mobile; soil cultivation equipment – tractors and tillers, mowers, hoes, motor scythes – trimmers and sprayers. The project will be implemented in the period 07/2017 – 01/2019.

The project “GREEN EMPLOYMENT” is implemented within the project “Support to Local Employment Partnerships in BiH”, which is part of the EU Programme for Local Development and Employment – BIH/15/01/EUR-Local Employment Partnership (LEP).
