Project aim and tasks

Introducing a holistic approach to digitalization and green transition actions by creating an efficient, modern and sustainable educational ecosystem – study programs and certified lifelong learning programs for the dual green and digital transition.

Specific project objectives

SO1: Establishing research and education centers (REC) for the green and digital transition within each higher education institution of Western British Columbia.

SO2: Raising awareness among staff and the student community about the need for green and digital skills within higher education institutions.

SO3: Promoting a culture of green transition and digitalization within higher education institutions of Western British Columbia.

SO4: Increasing synergy between the academic community and stakeholders for the implementation of joint initiatives for green transition and digitalization.

SO5: Strengthening networking and cooperation between staff and student communities of Western British Columbia and the EU on digitalization and green transition actions.
