The tasks of the Association are:

• representing the interests of petroleum product distributors before state and entity authorities in shaping this economic activity,
• providing opinions and proposals to state authorities when adopting legislative acts in the field of oil and petroleum products,
• participating in decision-making aimed at ensuring the quality supply of oil and petroleum product customers, based on the principles of market competition, non-discrimination, environmental protection, transparency, and the protection of business secrets of participants in the oil and petroleum products market.
  
  

The Association’s activities are:

The Association consists of legal entities registered in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, within their registered activities, in addition to other activities in the field of oil and petroleum products, perform the following:

a) transport of oil and petroleum products
b) wholesale trade in petroleum products,
c) retail trade in petroleum products
d) storage of oil and petroleum products,
